Objective To describe the dermoscopic features of acquired reactive perforating collagenosis(ARPC)and to explore the application value of dermoscopy in assisting the diagnosis of ARPC.Methods Eleven patients with ARPC were collected from Department of Dermatology,the first hospital of jiaxing between September 2021 and April 2023.A total of more than 70 skin lesions from 11 ARPC patients were subjected to dermoscopy,and their dermoscopic features were analyzed.Results ARPC patients were divided into three patterns underage the dermoscopic characteristics.The pattern 1 was composed of a central red-brown or yellow-brown structureless area,Peripheral fissures,a peripheral pinkish structureless area and radial,linear,circular and hairpin vessels.The pattern 2 was composed of a central yellow-to-pink unstructured area and blood spots,a peripheral pinkish and/or structureless area,surrounded by brown reticular lines.The pattern 3 was composed of central multicolor structureless areas including red,brown and white areas,surrounded by brown reticular lines.Among them,pattern 1 had clinical significance and was the first choice for skin biopsy,and there was more than one lesions in the same patient.Conclusion Dermoscopy has good application value in assisting the diagnosis of ARPC.
