Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of CO2 lattice laser combined with 5%minoxidil tincture in the treatment of alopecia areata. Methods Sixty patients with pemphigus vulgaris were selected from our hospital from July to December 2022.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received topical treatment with 5%minoxidil tincture, while the observation group received topical treatment with 5%minoxidil tincture after CO2 dot matrix laser treatment. The SALT score, total effective rate, cosmetic satisfaction, disease recurrence rate, and adverse reactions before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups. Results By comparing the two groups before and after treatment, the SALT scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after 1 month and 3 months of treatment(P<0.05).After 3 months of the treatment, the satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),with statistical differences. There was no statistically significant difference in the recurrence rate and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion CO2 lattice laser combined with minoxidil tincture can improve the therapeutic effect of alopecia areata, and it takes effect early, improving overall patient satisfaction with treatment without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions.
