Objective To explore the correlation between the clinical and pathological characteristics of idiopathic membranous nephropathy(IMN)and renal tubulointerstitial lesions. Methods The clinical data of 88 IMN patients from 2011 to 2022 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into the mild disease group, the moderate disease group and the severe disease group according to the semi-quantitative score of the severity of tubulointerstitial lesions. The effects of clinical and renal pathological characteristics on renal tubulointerstitial lesions in the three groups were analyzed and compared. Results Comparison of age, systolic blood pressure, blood creatinine and triglyceride levels, extent of glomerular lesions and immune complex deposition among the three groups, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Multifactor linear regression analysis showed that triglyceride level and crescent formation were independent risk factors affecting the degree of renal tubulointerstitial lesions. Conclusion The renal tubulointerstitial lesions in IMN patients are affected by many factors, and the level of triglyceride and crescent formation are independent risk factors affecting the degree of renal tubulointerstitial lesions.
