Objective To investigate the application of ultrasound super resolution imaging in differentiating axillary lymph node metastasis of breast cancer. Methods From July 2020 to June 2022,85 patients with breast cancer who underwent subaxillary lymph node biopsy were collected, they were classified into benign and malignant groups according to the results of puncture pathology. The clinical information,two-dimensional ultrasound information, ultrasonic super-resolution imaging parameter information of the two groups were observed, analyzed and compared, and the results and efficacy of microvessel density(MVD)in diagnosing the benign and malignant axillary lymph nodes of breast cancer were compared. Results 85 cases of breast cancer underwent pathological biopsy.Theresults showed that 44 cases of metastatic lymph nodes(malignant group)and 41 cases of reactive proliferative lymph nodes(benign group). There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of age, pathological type, tumor location, tumor size, menopausal status, aspect ratio≤2,and proportion of blurred boundaries(P>0.05).The proportion of microcalcifications, uneven internal echoes, abundant blood flow and MVD in the malignant group was higher than that in the benign group(P<0.05).The accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value and Kappa value of MVD in diagnosing the benign and malignant axillary lymph nodes of breast cancer were 81.18%,79.55%,82.93%,83.33%,79.07%,and 0.624 respectively. Conclusion Ultrasound super resolution ultrasound imaging has certain value in judging the benign and malignant axillary lymph nodes of breast cancer, especially MVD can provide diagnostic efficacy for the benign and malignant diagnosis of lymph.
