Objective To explore the application value of the quality control team management model in clinical nursing quality management in respiratory and critical care medical departments.Methods 50 critically ill respiratory patients who had implemented the quality control team management mode from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the observation group,and 50 critically ill respiratory patients before the implementation of the quality control team from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the control group.The satisfaction of nursing work and the occurrence of total nursing adverse events during the implementation of the quality control team between the two groups of patients were observed,and the nursing quality of nursing staff before and after the implementation of the quality control management team were evaluated.Results The incidence of overall nursing adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction with nursing care in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the implementation of the quality control group management mode,the basic nursing quality evaluation,nursing medical record writing quality evaluation,health education and education quality evaluation,emergency specialist ability quality evaluation,nursing operation quality evaluation,and disinfection and isolation quality evaluation of nursing staff were all lower than those after implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The work mode of quality control group management can not only effectively improve the satisfaction of respiratory critically ill patients in the respiratory and critical care medical department with nursing staff,reduce the occurrence of nursing adverse events in clinical work,but also improve the quality of nursing work for nursing staff.
