Objective To explore the impact of micro video health education combined with multidisciplinary collaboration for precise pain management on postoperative pain and sleep in patients undergoing gastric cancer surgery. Methods 80 patients with gastric cancer who underwent surgery within a limited period from June 2021 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group received routine postoperative guidance, health education, and pain care after surgery. The observation group received micro video health education combined with multidisciplinary collaboration for precise pain care on the basis of routine postoperative guidance.Observe and evaluate the patient's psychological state, postoperative pain level, and changes in sleep quality, while assessing the patient's quality of life. Results After one week of nursing, the pain level score, anxiety and depression score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the sleep quality and quality of life scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of micro video health education and multidisciplinary collaboration for precise pain management has significant advantages in improving postoperative pain, negative emotions, and sleep quality in gastric cancer patients, which can further enhance their postoperative quality of life.
