Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Huanglian Wendan decoction combined with auricular points on chronic gastritis of spleen-stomach damp-heat type.Methods 90 patients with chronic gastritis were randomly divided into the control group(n=30),the decoction group(n=30)and the decoction plus auricular point group(n=30).The treatment group was treated with Huanglian Wendan decoction,the control group with Huanglian Wendan decoction and the treatment group with Huanglian Wendan decoction and auricular rabeprazole.Results The TCM symptom score of the three groups after treatment was better than that of the TCM decoction plus auricular point group and the control group(P＜0.05),after treatment,the scores of four kinds of symptoms in the three groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P＜0.05).Conclusion Huanglian Wendan decoction combined with auricular points can effectively relieve the related symptoms of chronic gastritis of spleen-stomach damp-heat type.
