Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of staphylococcus and neisseria tablets combined with budegfort inhalation aerosol in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)complicated with asthma and its influence on lung function. Methods Sixty COPD patients with asthma admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to June 2022 were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to whether they were treated with staphylococcus and neisseria tablets. Both groups were treated with budegfort inhalation aerosol, while the observation group was treated with staphylococcus and neisseria tablets. The quality of life score, exercise endurance, asthma control test and acute attack were compared between the two groups after treatment, and the improvement degree of lung function and the changes of inflammatory indexes before and after treatment were counted. Results After treatment, the quality of life score, exercise endurance, asthma symptom control score, lung function and inflammation index of the two groups were all improved, and the improvement degree of the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group(P<0.05).During the one-year treatment, the number of acute attacks and acute exacerbations in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of COPD complicated with asthma with staphylococcus and neisseria tablets combined with budegfort inhalation aerosol can effectively improve the clinical efficacy, and significantly improve the lung function and life quality of patients.
