Objective To explore the application effect of the information-based chain closed-loop management model based on hospital-ac-quired infection prevention and control in the management of warming box. Methods 803 cases of preterm infants admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to September 2022 were selected,of which 380 cases of preterm infants admitted to the warming box from October 2021 to March 2022 were treated as the control group and managed by conventional management methods.423 cases of preterm infants admitted to the warming box from April 2022 to Sep-tember 2022 were treated as the observation group and managed by the information-based chain closed-loop management mode.Compare the incidence rate of hospital infection, qualified rate of cleaning and disinfection of warming box, standardised rate of daily registration of warming box, knowledge assessment of disinfection of warming box and efficiency of management of warming box between the two groups. Results The incidence rate of nosocomial infection in preterm infants of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the qualified rate of cleaning and disinfection of the warming box,the standardised rate of daily registration of the warming box,the examination results of theoretical knowledge and operation of warming box disinfection, and the efficiency of warming box management were higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of information technology chain closed-loop management mode to manage infant warming boxes can reduce the incidence of hospital-acquired infec-tions in preterm infants, increase the qualified rate of warming box disinfection and the rate of daily registration of warming boxes, and improve the effectiveness of warming box management and hospital-acquired infections prevention and control safety.
