Objective To observe the application effect of thumbtack needle combined with auricular point pressing in pain nursing after laparoscopic abdominal surgery. Methods From March 2019 to December 2019,90 patients with postoperative pain after abdominal endoscopy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with parecoxib sodium needle 40 mg intramuscular injection analgesia, and the observation group was treated with press needle combined with auricular point pressing beans on the basis of the control group. The first pain after general anesthesia before postoperative intervention, the pain visual analogue scale(VAS)scores at 0.5 h,6 h,12 h and 24 h after intervention, and the total number of parecoxib sodium injection at 0.5 h,12 h and 24 h after intervention were compared to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the first pain after general anesthesia before intervention, the pain at 0.5 h and 6 h after intervention in the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).The VAS scores at 12 h and 24 h after intervention in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total number of parecoxib sodium injection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at 24 h after intervention and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Thumb-tack needle combined with auricular acupoint embedding can effectively relieve postoperative pain after abdominal surgery, accelerate the rapid recovery of postoperative patients, reduce the economic burden of patients, and improve their postoperative quality of life.At the same time,it can reduce medical expenditure, save social resources, and enhance the influence and attention of nursing work in the majority of patients.
