Objective To investigate the application of comprehensive nursing model under the theory of humanistic care combined with symptom management in hospitalised acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS)patients.Methods 100 cases of inpatient AIDS patients admitted to our hospital from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected.They were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional basic nursing care,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing care under the theory of humanistic care and symptom management.The two groups were compared in terms of adherence,psychological condition,sleep quality,quality of life and service satisfaction.Results The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),sleep quality,quality of life questionnaire-core 30(QLQ-C30)and cognitive behavioral assessment(CBA)scores of the observation group improved after the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the rate of adherence to nursing compliance,SAS,SDS,sleep quality,QLQ-C30 and CBA scores of the two groups were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing care model under the theory of humanistic care combined with symptom management can improve the satisfaction of nursing service and quality of life of hospitalised AIDS patients,and is suitable for clinical application.
