Objective To investigate the efficacy of abdominal breathing combined with biofeedback in the treatment of postpartum stress urinary incontinence(SUI).Methods 69 patients diagnosed with postpartum urinary incontinence from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected and divided into 35 cases in the observation group and 34 cases in the control group using the random number table method. The control group was treated with conventional care and biofeedback electrical stimulation, while the observation group was treated with abdominal breathing training on this basis, comparing the treatment effects of the two groups, the time consumed in the current treatment, the strength of the pelvic floor, the compliance with the treatment and the quality of life. Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant when comparing the difference between the maximum value of the rapid contraction phase before and after treatment, the average value of the tense contraction after treatment, and the adherence to treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Abdominal breathing combined with biofeedback can shorten the rehabilitation time of urinary incontinence in patients with SUI,improve the pelvic floor muscle strength and treatment compliance,so that the patients get more accurate training, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
