Rules of Acupoints Selection in Treatment of PSTP with Acupuncture and Moxibustion Based on Data Mining Technology
Objective:To explore the acupoints selection rules of acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of post-stroke thalamic pain(PSTP)based on data mining technology.Methods:The literature about acupuncture and moxibustion treating PSTP were searched from the databases of CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,SinoMed and PubMed.The data were screened through the inclusion and exclusion criteria and the database was set up by using Microsoft Excel 2019;SPSS 21.0 software,SPSS modeler 18.0 software and Cytoscape3.9.1 software were used for analyzing frequency of acupoints,meridian tropism,specific acupoints,association rules and clustering analysis.Results:A total of 34 effective articles were included,with 34 prescriptions and 91 acupoints involved.The total frequency of acupoints was 368.The acupoints with high frequency were Quchi(LI11)and Sanyinjiao(SP6).The meridians involved with high frequency were the Gallbladder Meridian of Foot-Shaoyang,the Sanjiao Meridian of Hand-Shaoyang and the Large Intestine Meridian of Hand-Yangming.Intersecting acupoints,five-Shu acupoints and eight confluent acupoints were the most commonly used specific acupoints.7 effective clustering groups were obtained by clustering analysis.The core correlation rules were divided into three categories,i.e.LI11-Huantiao(GB30)-Jianyu(LI15)-Waiguan(TE5)-Fengshi(GB31),acupoints of brain-awakening orifice-opening acupuncture,as well as Baihui(DU20)-Qubin(GB7),with confidence equal to or more than 90％and support equal to or more than 35％.Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of PSTP takes Shuigou(DU26)-PC6-Jiquan(HT1)-Weizhong(BL40)-SP6 as the key points,attaches importance to the application of Yang meridians,Jiaji points and cleft-Xi points combined with scalp points and points in the extremities,which can achieve a more satisfactory effect.
