Research Progress on Neurobiology Mechanism of Acupuncture in Treating Depression
Depression is a common emotional disorder of depression and anhedonia,which seriously affects the life quality of human beings.Acupuncture has a unique curative effect on depression,but the mechanism of acupuncture on depression is still unclear.This study summarized the neurobiology mechanism of acupuncture in treatment of depression from the perspective of acupuncture's regulation of nerve nucleus function,neurotransmitter,neuromodulator,neuroendocrine system and related signaling transduction pathways,so as to provide theoretical basis for clinical applications of acupuncture in treatment of depression.
