电针治疗脑卒中后认知障碍突触可塑性机制研究进展

脑卒中后常见认知功能障碍,电针疗法可有效改善脑卒中后认知障碍程度,延缓认知障碍向痴呆发展的进程.近年来,随着电针治疗脑卒中后认知障碍作用机制研究的日渐深入,突触可塑性作为新切入点,为电针作用机制研究提供了新思路.突触可塑性作为脑可塑性的重要组成部分,在神经系统活动中发挥着重要作用,对于电针作用机制的探讨具有重要意义.梳理近年相关文献,从突触结构可塑性、突触功能可塑性、突触可塑性相关蛋白的表达、神经递质和受体与突触可塑性相关信号通路5个方面对电针调控突触可塑性治疗脑卒中后认知障碍机制研究进展进行探析.
Research Progress on Synaptic Plasticity Mechanism of EA in Treatment of Post-Stroke Cognitive Impairment
Post-stroke cognitive impairment is commonly seen in clinic.Electro-acupuncture(EA)can effectively improve the degree of post-stroke cognitive impairment and delay the development of cognitive impairment to dementia.Recently,with deepen study of the mechanism of EA in treatment of post-stroke cognitive impairment,synaptic plasticity,as a new starting point,provides a new idea for the study of the mechanism of EA in treating the disease.As an important part of brain plasticity,synaptic plasticity plays a vital role in nervous system activity,which is of great significance for the study of the mechanism of EA.Combing the relevant literature in recent years,the research progress of EA regulating synaptic plasticity in treatment of post-stroke cognitive impairment was explored from five aspects,including synaptic structural plasticity,synaptic functional plasticity,expression of synaptic plasticity related proteins,neurotransmitters and receptors,and synaptic plasticity related signal pathways.
