Cancer pain,is one of the most common clinical symptoms in patients with intermediate and advanced cancer,which seriously affects life quality of patients,and is an urgent clinical problem that needs to be solved.This study summarized the research progress on action mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of cancer pain,focusing on the regulatory effects of acupuncture and moxibustion on cellular immunity,inflammatory factors,p38MAPK and other signal transduction pathways and TRPV1 ion channels,in order to provide scientific basis for the clinical application of acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of cancer pain.
