The theory of six meridians originated from Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon,on which basis,ZHANG Zhongjing developed the theory of six meridians differentiation.This study determined the rule of points selection according to the clinical disease characteristics of six meridians of Taiyang,Yangming,Shaoyang,Taiyin,Shaoyin and Jueyin,based on syndrome differentiation of six meridians.It guided the points compatibility in treatment of six meridians diseases and explored the rule of points selection of six meridians diseases,aiming to achieve ideal therapeutic effect.
