Analysis on Clinical Application Rules of DU26 in Ancient Literature Based on Data Mining
Objective:To provide the clinical application reference of Shuigou(DU26)through analyzing the law of its clinical application based on data mining technology.Methods:Literature about DU26 were searched from Zhong Hua Yi Dian 5.0.According to the inclusive and exclusive criteria,the collected prescriptions were screened out to establish a database.The Microsoft Excel 2019 was used to do some descriptive analysis on main therapeutic scope,needling methods and compatibility of DU26.The IBM SPSS STATISTIC 26 software was used to do cluster analysis of highly-used compatible acupoints.Results:253 prescriptions involving 166 acupoints,recorded in ancient books such as A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,were selected.The main diseases included internal medicine,facial features,pediatrics,infectious diseases and surgery.The common diseases of internal medicine were heart diseases and hepatobiliary diseases.In terms of frequency of compatible acupoints,the top 5 acupoints were Hegu(LI4),Baihui(DU20),Shangxing(DU23),Chengjiang(RN24)and Fengfu(DU16).Du channel,Bladder Meridian and Large Intestine Meridian had higher frequency of usage.Confluent acupoints,five-Shu acupoints,Yuan-source acupoints were frequently used.The compatible acupoints mainly located in head and neck.As evidence by cluster analysis provided to us,there were 2 clusters in icicle and 2 clusters in dendrogram.Conclusion:The content of clinical application of DU26 in ancient times were abundant.The compatibility of acupoints and the usage of special acupoints were paid a lot of attention to,which is parallel with modern application.
