The key pathogenesis of arthralgia of meridian sinews is the formation of'focal knots'.Under the guidance of the theory of'untying knots'in Yellow Emperor's Canon of Internal,Professor ZHANG Wei thinks that'untying knots'is the key to the treatment,and puts forward the diagnosis method of'palpating the knot by hand',the therapies of'acupuncture to explore the knot'and'warming the needle to disperse the knot',which have achieved good clinical effects in treatment of arthralgia of meridian sinews.
