Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Anshen Xingnao acupuncture combined with ultramicro acupotomy in treatment of cervical insomnia of Liver-Qi stagnation.Methods:A total of 106 patients with cervical insomnia were randomly divided into the control group(n=56)and the observation group(n=50).The control group was treated with ultramicro acuptomoy;on which basis,the observation group was also treated with Anshen Xingnao acupuncture.Clinical efficacy,TCM symptom score,sleep quality,scores of PSQI,NPQ,HAMD-17,HAMD-14,as well as serum levels of BDNF and GDNF were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The curative effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The scores of PSQI,NPQ,HAMD-17 and HAMD-14 were significantly decreased after the treatment compared with those before the treatment in the two groups(P＜0.05),and the decreases were more significant in the observation group than those in the control group(P＜0.01).The TCM symptom scores were significantly reduced after the treatment compared with those before the treatment in the two groups(P＜0.05),and the reductions were more significant in the observation group than those in the control group(P＜0.01).The proportion of fast wave sleep,latency time,waking times,waking duration and serum levels of BDNF and GDNF were significantly improved after the treatment in the two groups(P＜0.05);of which the improvements were more significant in the observation group than those in the control group(P＜0.01).Conclusion:Anshen Xingnao acupuncture combined with ultramicro acupotomy has a good effect in treatment of cervical insomnia.
