目的:基于腧穴敏化理论,探查热敏灸治疗功能性便秘的有效性和优效性.方法:将90例患者随机分为3组,分别为热敏灸组、非热敏灸组与西药组,每组30例,疗程结束观察患者中医症状评分、生活质量评分与总疗效,并进行安全性判定.结果:在中医症状评分、生活质量评分方面,3组受试者治疗后分别与治疗前组内比较,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01),治疗后3组患者两组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).3组受试者疗效比较,热敏灸组总有效率86.67％(26/30),非热敏灸组总有效率80.00％(24/30),西药组总有效率73.33％(22/30),经秩和检验,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:在腧穴敏化理论指导下,热敏灸组治疗功能性便秘优于非热敏灸组和西药组,且无任何不良反应.
Clinical Study of Heat-Sensitive Moxibustion in Treatment of Functional Constipation Based on Acupoint Sensitization Theory
Objective:To explore the effectiveness and superiority of heat-sensitive moxibustion in treatment of functional constipation based on acupoint sensitization theory.Methods:A total of 90 patients were randomly divided into the heat-sensitive moxibustion group,the non heat-sensitive moxibustion group and the Western medication group,with 30 patients in each group.TCM symptom score,life quality score and total efficacy were observed,and safety was assessed at the end of the treatment in the three groups.Results:There were statistical differences in TCM symptom score and life quality score between before the treatment and after the treatment in the three groups(P＜0.01),and in which there were statistically significant differences among the three groups after the treatment(P＜0.05).The total effective rate was 86.67％(26/30)in the heat-sensitive moxibustion group,80.00％(24/30)in the non heat-sensitive moxibustion group and 73.33％(22/30)in the Western medication group.By rank sum test,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Under the guidance of acupoint sensitization theory,heat-sensitive moxibustion is better than non heat-sensitive moxibustion and Western medication in treatment of functional constipation,and there is no adverse reaction,which is worthy of widely clinical promotion.
