Research Progress in EA Regulating Pain Emotion Related Neurotransmitters
Pain emotion refers to the emotions and emotional experiences caused by pain.Electro-acupuncture(EA)has a good therapeutic effect on pain and the painful emotions it causes.EA analgesia mechanism has been widely studied,but its regulation mechanism of pain emotion is still in the stage of exploration.In this study,the role of dopamine,glutamic acid,gamma-aminobutyric acid,5-hydroxytryptamine,endogenous opioid peptide and other neurotransmitters were reviewed in the occurrence of pain emotion and the regulation mechanism of EA,so as to provide basis for the mechanism of EA in relieving pain emotion.
