Objective:To observe the clinical effect of ZHU Lian's type Ⅱ inhibition acupuncture in treatment of gastrointestinal reaction after chemotherapy for lung cancer.Methods:90 patients were randomly divided into the Western medication group,the conventional acupuncture group and the treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The Western medication group was treated with metoclopramide hydrochloride injection combined with toranisetron hydrochloride,and loperamide hydrochloride capsules orally;on which basis,the conventional acupuncture group was treated with conventional needling Neiguan(PC6),Zusanli(ST36),Zhongwan(RN12)and Shangjuxu(ST37),whereas the treatment group was treated with ZHU Lian's type Ⅱ inhibition acupuncture,the acupoints chosen were the same as in the conventional acupuncture group.The improvement of gastrointestinal reactions,including nausea,vomiting and diarrhea,was compared among the three groups on 1 st,3 rd and 5 th day of treatment.Results:In terms of gastrointestinal reaction,the symptoms of nausea,vomiting and diarrhea were significantly improved in the three groups after the treatment(P<0.05),and the improvements were more significant in the treatment group than those in the Western medication group and the conventional acupuncture group(P<0.05).In terms of total effective rate,it was 93.33%(28/30)in the treatment group,which was higher than 53.33%(16/30)in the Western medication group and 73.33%(22/30)in the conventional acupuncture group(P<0.05).In terms of safety,the reduction of white blood cells was less in the treatment group than that in the Western medication group and the conventional acupuncture group(P<0.05);there were no statistical differences in the amount of red blood cells and platelets among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:ZHU Lian's type Ⅱ inhibition acupuncture can effectively relieve gastrointestinal reactions after chemotherapy and improve the curative effect.
