基于星型胶质细胞探讨针刺治疗缺血性脑卒中机制的研究进展

星型胶质细胞(AS)作为神经系统中数量最多的神经胶质细胞,与神经、血管及其他胶质细胞联系密切,在缺血性脑卒中的发生发展过程中具有重要的调控作用.针刺疗法具有多靶点、多途径调节的特点.针刺对AS的整体调控作用表现在:抑制AS活化、促进AS增殖与抑制AS过度增生和有利于超微结构的稳定性.本研究以AS为靶点,从针刺促进神经再生与修复、调控兴奋性氨基酸代谢、调节能量代谢、调控血管再生、抑制氧化及炎症反应、调节细胞通讯、抑制脑水肿、促进神经干细胞分化和抑制胶质瘢痕的过度生成等方面总结针刺治疗缺血性脑卒中的相关机制,为发挥针灸治疗优势提供科学依据.
Research Progress on Mechanism of Acupuncture Treating CIS Based on Astrocytes
Astrocytes(AS),as the most abundant glial cells in the nervous system,are closely related to nerves,blood vessels and other glial cells,and play an important role in the occurrence and development of cerebral ischemic stroke(CIS).Acupuncture therapy has the characteristics of multi-target and multi-way regulation.The overall regulatory effects of acupuncture on AS is shown in the following ways,including inhibiting AS activation,promoting AS proliferation and inhibiting AS overproliferation,and benefiting the stability of AS ultrastructure.Taking AS as target,this study summarized the relevant mechanism of acupuncture in treatment of CIS from the aspects of promoting nerve repair and regeneration,regulating excitatory amino acid metabolism,regulating energy metabolism,regulating vascular regeneration,reducing oxidation reaction,reducing inflammation,regulating cell communication,inhibiting brain edema,promoting neural stem cell differentiation,and inhibiting glial scar overgeneration,aiming to provide reference for related research in the future.
