Clinical Study on Yuanluo Tongjing Acupuncture Combined with Fu's Subcutaneous Needling in Treatment of CAG due to Cold-Deficiency of Spleen and Stomach
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Yuanluo Tongjing acupuncture combined with Fu's subcutaneous needling in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG).Methods:A total of 106 CAG patients were randomly divided into the control group(n=56)and the observation group(n=50)by block randomized method.The control group was treated with Fu's subcutaneous needling;on which basis,the observation group was also treated with Yuanluo Tongjing acupuncture.Clinical efficacy,the scores of TCM symptoms,GSRS,gastric mucosa and PCS,as well as serum levels of GAS,MTL and SS were compared between the two groups after the treatment.Results:The curative effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The scores of TCM symptoms,GSRS and gastric mucosa,as well as the serum levels of GAS,MTL and SS were significantly decreased after the treatment compared with those before the treatment in the two groups(P＜0.05);the decreases were more significant in the observation group than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The PCS scores were significantly increased after the treatment than those before the treatment in the two groups(P＜0.05);the increases were more significant in the observation group than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Yuanluo Tongjing acupuncture combined with Fu's subcutaneous needling has a good curative effect in treatment of CAG,which can significantly improve clinical symptoms.
