Clinical Efficacy and Value Analysis of New Shoulder Three Needle Penetration Electro-Acupuncture and One Finger Zen Regulating Tendon Method in Treatment of Adhesive Scapulohumeral Periarthritis
Objective:To conduct a value analysis of the clinical efficacy of new shoulder three needle penetration electro-acupuncture(EA)combined with one finger Zen regulating tendon method in treatment of adhesive scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods:86 cases of scapulohumeral periarthritis in adhesive stage were randomly divided into the control group(n=43)and the study group(n=43).The control group was treated with new shoulder three needle penetration EA combined with conventional Tuina method, whereas the study group was treated with new shoulder three needle penetration EA combined with one finger Zen regulating tendon method. After completing the stage treatment,a comprehensive analysis of the clinical efficacy was conducted in the two groups. Results:The scores of VAS,JOA and Constant-Murley,the serum levels of CRP,IL-1 β,TNF-α and COX-2,and the deltoid surface electromyography value were all improved after the treatment in the two groups;of which the improvements were more significant in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 90.70%(39/43),which was higher than 83.72%(36/43)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The new shoulder three needle penetration EA combined with one finger Zen regulating tendon method can reduce the pain and improve the range of motion of the shoulder joint of the patients with adhesive scapulohumeral periarthritis,it can significantly shorten the course of treatment, improve the curative effect, and has a high clinical application value.
