Acupoints Selection Rules of Acupuncture in Treatment of Spasmodic Torticollis Based on Data Mining
Objective:To explore the acupoints selection rules of acupuncture in treatment of spasmodic torticollis(ST)based on data mining technology.Methods:Relevant literature on acupuncture treatment of ST were retrieved from CNKI,VIP and Wanfang from the establishment of the database to May 2023,and an Excel prescription database was established.Cloud Platform of Ancient and Modem Medical Case(V2.3.6)was used to analyze the acupoints selection rules.Results:A total of 80 articles were included in this study,including 96 prescriptions with 122 acupoints involved.The total frequency of acupoints used was 880 times,among which Fengchi(GB20)was used most frequently.The top three meridians were Du meridian,Gallbladder meridian and Bladder meridian.The acupoints of Yang meridians were mostly used.The acupoints were mainly distributed in neck,head,face and limbs.The specific acupoints were mainly confluent acupoints and five-Shu acupoints.The association rule analysis obtained 15 acupoint pairs,including Yintang(DU29)-Baihui(DU20)and Shuigou(DU26)-DU20 and so on.The cluster analysis divided the commonly used acupoints into three categories.Conclusion:Acupuncture treatment of ST is based on the main treatment principles of dredging Du meridian and regulating Shen,relaxing tendons and relieving spasms,and activating Yang and replenishing Qi.The acupoints of Du meridian and Gallbladder meridian are preferred.The acupoints of Yang meridians are emphasized.The local and distal acupoints are used together,and confluent points and five-Shu points are paid attention to.Taking into account the comprehensive treatment and flexible compatibility,which facilitates the clinical treatment plan.
