Mechanism of Acupuncture Preventive Treatment of Migraine Based on Ferroptosis
Objective:Migraine is one of the most serious health conditions affecting individuals worldwide,causing significant harm to both physical and mental well-being.Acupuncture has shown great efficacy in the prophylactic treatment of migraine in clinical practice,although its mechanisms remain unclear.Ferroptosis is a new form of cell death discovered in recent years,which plays an important role in the occurrence and development of various systemic diseases.But there is no literature report on the role of ferroptosis in the occurrence of migraine,and no research report on the preventive treatment of migraine with acupuncture based on ferroptosis mechanism.By analyzing the mechanism of ferroptosis and the correlation between ferroptosis and migraine,this study discussed the mechanism of acupuncture preventive treatment of migraine based on ferroptosis,aiming to provide ideas for basic and clinical research of acupuncture treatment of migraine.
