Rules of Acupoints Selection in Treatment of Coma after Craniocerebral Trauma by Acupuncture Based on Data Mining
Objective:To explore the compatibility of acupuncture in treating coma after craniocerebral trauma by using data mining technology. Methods:The randomized controlled trials of acupuncture treatment for coma after craniocerebral trauma were retrieved from the databases of CNKI,Wanfang,SinoMed,VIP and Pubmed starting from the establishment of the database to October 2023.Microsoft Excel 2019 software was used to establish prescription database,R language was used for descriptive analysis and correlation analysis, and SPSS25.0 was used for cluster analysis. Results:A total of 110 prescriptions were included, involving 109 acupoints with a total frequency of 921 times. The high-frequency acupoints were Shuigou(DU26),Neiguan(PC6)and Sanyinjiao(SP6).The acupoints were mainly located on head, neck and upper limbs.Meridians involved were Du meridia and Hand-Jueyin Meridian of Pericardium.Five-Shu points were used mostly. The acupoint association rules showed that DU26-PC6-SP6 was the core acupoint group.Five groups were obtained by cluster analysis of high-frequency acupoints. Conclusion:Acupuncture treatment for post-traumatic coma focuses on revitalizing Heart and Brain, takes DU26-PC6-SP6 as the core prescription, follows the principle of matching distal and local points, attaches great importance to Du meridian,so as to induce resuscitation, resolve stasis and dredge collaterals.
