Analysis of Acupoints Selection Rules and Characteristics of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Treatment for Urethral Syndrome
Objective:To analyze the regularity and characteristics of acupoint selection in the clinical treatment of urethral syndrome with acupuncture and moxibustion.Methods:The literature related to urethral syndrome were retrieved from the databases of CNKI,WanFang,VIP and CBM from the establishment of the database to August 2023 by computer.The descriptive,association rules and cluster analysis were performed to the entered data.Results:A total of 101 pieces of literature were included,involving 77 acupoints with the use frequency of 739 times.The core acupoint combination of acupuncture and moxibustion for urethral syndrome was Sanyinjiao(SP6)-Guanyuan(RN4)-Zhongji(RN3)-Shenshu(BL23)-Pangguangshu(BL28)-Qihai(RN6).The main meridians selected were Bladder Meridian,Ren Meridian and Spleen Meridian.Acupoints chosen mainly concentrated in the lower limbs,abdomen and sacrum.Conclusion:This study reviewed the rules and characteristics of acupoints selection in the treatment of urethral syndrome with acupuncture and moxibustion,which can provide reference for the clinical treatment of the disease.
