摘要

总结庄礼兴教授针药结合治疗磷酸盐尿性间叶性肿瘤术后疼痛经验.庄礼兴教授认为本病病机为脾肾阳虚、寒湿阻络,岭南火针治疗以温阳祛寒、调神止痛为主,取阿是穴、神门、内关、三阴交、足三里、申脉、照海、章门和京门频频浅刺,督脉、膀胱经循经散刺,配合中药内服以附子汤为主方温阳除湿.针药结合,标本兼顾,疗效显著.

Abstract

This study summarized Professor ZHUANG Lixing's clinical experience in treating phosphaturic mesenchymal tumors(PMTs)by using acupuncture and herbal medication.Professor ZHUANG believes that the pathogenesis of this condition involves Yang deficiency of Spleen and Kidney,and obstruction of cold and dampness in collaterals.In his treatment,Lingnan fire needling therapy focuses on warming Yang,dispelling cold,regulating Shen and alleviating pain.Acupoints such as Ashi points,Shenmen(HT7),Neiguan(PC6),Sanyinjiao(SP6),Zusanli(ST36),Shenmai(BL62),Zhaohai(KI6),Zhangmen(LR13)and Jingmen(GB25)are frequently shallowly needled,while Du meridian and Bladder meridian are dispersedly needled along their courses.Internal herbal medication mainly uses Fuzi Decoction to warm Yang and eliminate dampness.The combination of acupuncture and herbal medication,addressing both the root cause and the symptoms,yields significant therapeutic effects.
