Clinical Study on Musculoskeletal Ultrasound-Guided Acupotmoy Combined with Chinese Herbal Ointment Massage in Treatment of TDMS
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of musculoskeletal ultrasound-guided acupotomy combined with Chinese herbal ointment massage in treatment of thoracic and dorsal myofascitis(TDMS).Methods:72 patients with TDMS were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, with 36 patients in each group. The control group was treated with Chinese herbal ointment massage;on which basis, the study group was also treated with musculoskeletal ultrasound-guided acupotomy. The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups. The scores of VAS and PSQI,and the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 were recorded before and after the treatment in the two groups. The adverse reactions were observed during the treatment in the two groups. Results:The total effective rate was 97.22%(35/36)in the study group, which was significantly higher than 75.00%(27/36)in the control group(x2=7.432,P<0.01).The scores of VAS and the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 were decreased after the treatment compared with those before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),which were lower in the study group than those in the control group after the treatment(P<0.05).The scores of PSQI were higher after the treatment than those before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),and the PSQI score was higher in the study group than that in the control group after the treatment(P<0.05).In terms of the total adverse reaction rate,it was 5.56%(2/26)in the study group and 11.11%(4/36)in the control group,in which there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Musculoskeletal ultrasound-guided acupotomy combined with Chinese herbal ointment massage can effectively alleviate pain, improve inflammation and sleep quality in patients with TDMS.
