This study introduced Professor FU Wenbin's experience in treating anxiety-related insomnia with the use of refined moxibustion technique.Professor FU Wenbin believes that the basic pathogenesis of anxiety-related insomnia lies in'Yin and Yang disharmony,Qi and blood imbalance',and points out that'Yang deficiency'is the essence of its pathogenesis.Professor FU attaches importance to the relationship between Yang-Qi and Shen in treatment of anxiety-related insomnia,and advocates the treatment from Yang to regulate Shen,warming Yang to relieve depression and regulate Qi movement.In the long-term clinical practice,he proposed a kind of'fine and effective'refined moxibustion technique to lead Qi to return to the source by selecting five-Shu points and points attaching meridians,which has achieved good results.This study summarized Professor FU Wenbin's experience in treating anxiety-related insomnia,aimed to further explore the application of refined moxibustion technique in diagnosis and treatment,and provided new ideas for the clinical treatment of anxiety-related insomnia.
