Study on Factors Influencing Depth of Needling RN2 to Bladder Wall for Treatment of BPH Based on CT Localization
Objective:To measure the depth of needling Qugu(RN2)to bladder wall based on CT localization, thus to investigate the influence of body mass index, distance between bilateral anterior and superior iliac spines, waist circumference, hip circumference, prostate volume, and residual urine volume on the needling depth.Methods:31 patients who met the diagnostic criteria for benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)were included.Clinical data such as hip circumference, body mass index, waist circumference, distance between anterior and superior iliac spines on both sides, prostate volume, residual urine volume in the bladder, and depth of needling RN2 to bladder wall were measured under CT localization.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to screen the multiple linear regression equation that best fitted the needling depth. Results:The depth of needling RN2 to bladder wall(Depth,cm)was equal to 0.885 x hip circumference-0.218 x bladder residual urine volume-0.153 x prostate volume-13.719,with statistical significance(F=14.537,P<0.01).Conclusion:The depth of needling RN2 to the bladder wall is best fitted by hip circumference, residual urine volume, and prostate volume.Among these factors, hip circumference has the greatest impact on the needling depth.
