Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a disease characterized by chronic inflammation,which is central to the development of the disease.Studies have shown that acupuncture have obvious therapeutic effects in treatment of COPD,and inhibiting inflammatory response is the key mechanism of acupuncture treatment.At present,the anti-inflammatory mechanism of acupuncture treatment of COPD mainly focuses on inhibiting COPD inflammatory response and autophagy,targeting and regulating related inflammatory signaling pathways,regulating immune cell function and improving neural mechanism.This study explored the pathogenesis of COPD and the anti-inflammatory mechanism of acupuncture treatment of COPD to provide a basis for the future related mechanisms study of acupuncture treatment of COPD.
