Acupoints Selection Rules of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Treatment of Postoperative Urinary Retention of Mixed Hemorrhoids Based on Data Mining
Objective:To analyze the characteristic of acupoints selection in treating postoperative urinary retention of mixed hemorrhoids with acupuncture and moxibustion based on data mining. Methods:The key words, including mixed hemorrhoids, postoperative urinary retention, acupuncture, acupuncture and moxibustion, moxibustion and electro-acupuncture,were used to retrieve the literature on acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of postoperative urinary retention of mixed hemorrhoids from the databases of CNKI,Wanfang and VIP from January 1,2000 to January 1,2023.A total of 69 pieces of literature and 69 acupuncture prescriptions were obtained in the end.SPSS 20.0 and SPSS modeler 18.0 were used to analyze the characteristic of acupoints selection for postoperative urinary retention of mixed hemorrhoids with the intervention of acupuncture and moxibustion. Results:The frequency of acupoints selection in treatment of postoperative urinary retention of mixed hemorrhoids with acupuncture and moxibustion from highest to lowest included Zhongji(RN3),Guanyuan(RN4),Qihai(RN6),Sanyinjiao(SP6),Yinlingquan(SP9),Zusanli(ST36),Shuidao(ST28)and Shenque(RN8).The main meridians involved included Ren Channel,Spleen Meridian,Stomach Meridian and Bladder Meridian. Most of the acupoints were located in the abdomen, lower limbs, waist and back. The specific acupoints were mainly front-Mu points,source-Yuan points,He-sea points and back-Shu points. The association analysis showed that the acupoint groups with high correlation were SP6-SP9,RN3-SP9,RN3-RN6-RN4,RN3-SP6,RN3-RN6,RN4-RN3-RN6 and RN3-RN4.Cluster analysis of high-frequency main acupoints revealed three clusters, including RN3-RN4-RN6,Chengshan(BL57)-Erbai(EX-29)-ST28-Pangguangshu(BL28),and Xuehai(SP10)-Taixi(KI3)-ST36-SP9-SP6.Conclusion:The acupoint selection for mixed hemorrhoid treated by acupuncture and moxibustion is mainly based on the local points, guided by the distal-proximal points compatibility and back-Shu and front-Mu points compatibility, which is in line with the rules of clinical acupoints selection.
