Clinical Study of Acupuncture Combined with Pelvic Floor Electrical Stimulation in Treatment of DRA Based on Ascending and Descending of Qi Movement
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with pelvic floor electrical stimulation in treatment of diastasis recti abdominis(DRA)based on ascending and descending of Qi movement theory.Methods:201 postpartum women who met the criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=98)and the control group(n=103).Both groups were treated with pelvic floor electrical stimulation,on which basis, the treatment group was also treated with acupuncture. The postpartum women were treated 3 times a week for 10 times in total. The inter-recti distance(IRD)of the naval level,2 cm above and 2 cm below the navel, waist circumference, abdominal circumference, and TCM symptom scores were recorded in the two groups. The data was analyzed with SPSS25.0 software. Results:The indexes of IRD,waist circumference, abdominal circumference,TCM scores of fatigue and lower back pain were all better in the treatment group than those in the control group after the treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with pelvic floor electrical stimulation can effectively improve the pospartum DRA,promote the recoveries of waist circumference, abdominal circumference, simultaneously improve the symptoms of fatigue and lower back pain.
