Clinical Study on Motion Needling Meridian Sinew Node Combined with Fascia Release Manipulation in Treatment of Post-Stroke Spastic Paralysis
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of motion needling meridian sinew node combined with fascia release manipulation in treatment of post-stroke spastic paralysis.Methods:116 patients with post-stroke spastic paralysis, who met the inctusion criteria, were randomly divided into the control group(n=60)and the observation group(n=56).The control group was treated with fascia release manipulation;on which basis, the observation group was also treated with motion needling meridian sinew node. The therapeutic effect, the scores of MBI,SS-QOL,NIHSS,Fugl-Meyer,BBS and TCM symptoms,as well as the serum levels of BDNF and NGF were compared between the two groups after the treatment. Results:The therapeatic effect was higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of NIHSS,Fugl-Meyer and BBS were significantly improved after the treatment compared to those before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),and the improvements were more significant in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of MBI,TCM symptoms and SS-QOL were also significantly improved after the treatment compared to those before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),and the improvements were more significant in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The serum levels of BDNF and NGF were improved after the treatment compared to those before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),and the improvements were more significant in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Motion needling meridian sinew node combined with fascia release manipulation has a good therapeutic effect in treatment of post-stroke spastic paralysis.
