Clinical Study of Multifunctional Trocar Floating Needling Combined with Fire Needling in Treatment of Chronic Non-Specific Low Back Pain
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of multifunctional trocar floating needling combined with fire needling in treatment of chronic non-specific low back pain(CNLBP).Methods:64 patients with CNLBP were randomly divided into the control group(n=32)and the study group(n=32).The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture;on which basis, the study group was also treated with multifunctional trocar floating needling combined with fire needling. The scores of visual analogue scale(VAS)and Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA),as well as the waist movement angle were recorded to evaluate the efficacy. Results:The VAS scores, the JOA scores and the waist joint movement angles were significantly improved after the treatment compared with those before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.01),and the improvements were more significant in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The efficacy of multifunctional trocar floating needling combined with fire needling was higher than that of conventional acupuncture in treatment of CNLBP.
