摘要
神经病理性疼痛是慢性疼痛的主要原因之一,严重影响患者的生活质量.小胶质细胞是中枢神经系统的免疫细胞,对维持内环境稳态有重要意义,内环境稳态破坏时,小胶质细胞会迅速活化,根据功能的差异分为M1型和M2型.神经损伤后,小胶质细胞活化产生一系列反应如数量增多、基因转录、产生生物活性因子与吞噬作用等.本研究从针刺作用于小胶质细胞的机制展开论述,阐述针刺镇痛机制,为针刺的镇痛研究提供新思路.
Abstract
Neuropathic pain is one of the primary causes of chronic pain significantly affects patients'quality of life.Microglia,the immune cells of the central nervous system,play a crucial role in maintaining homeostasis.When homeostasis is disrupted,microglia rapidly become activated and are classified into M1 and M2 types based on their functions.After nerve injury,activated microglia undergo various reactions such as proliferation,gene transcription,production of bioactive factors,and phagocytosis,all of which contribute to neuropathic pain.This study explores the mechanisms by which acupuncture affects microglia,elucidating the analgesic mechanism of acupuncture with the aim of providing new insights for research on acupuncture analgeisa.
