脑缺血再灌注损伤(CIRI)是缺血性脑卒中恢复血液供应时产生的继发性损伤,在这个过程中涉及多种程序性细胞死亡机制,包括细胞自噬、凋亡、焦亡、坏死性凋亡、铁死亡和铜死亡等.越来越多的证据表明,电针可以调控这些细胞死亡以减轻脑组织损伤.本研究就电针调控程序性细胞死亡来治疗脑缺血再灌注损伤展开探讨.
Research Progress on EA Regulating Programmed Cell Death in Treatment of CIRI
Cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury(CIRI)is a secondary injury that occurs during the restoration of blood supply following ischemic stroke.This process involves multiple mechanisms of programmed cell death,including autophagy,apoptosis,pyroptosis,necroptosis,ferroptosis and cuprotosis.Increasing evidence suggests that electro-acupuncture(EA)can regulate these forms of cell death to alleviate brain tissue damage.This review made an exploration the regulation of programmed cell death by EA in treatment of CIRI.
