摘要
爆火的ChatGPT、文心一言等类产品的广泛使用展现出生成式人工智能强大的发展潜力,如何利用AIGC(生成式人工智能)时代的技术赋能职业教育教师的专业发展,以适应职业教育高质量发展和职业教育数字化转型等,已成为推动职业教育教师专业发展的关键.传统职业教育教师学习空间中存在知识与技能割裂、身体与心理隔离、已有经验与所学内容脱嵌、学习时间与空间壁垒等问题,而具备数智增效、虚实交互、开放包容、多元协同等特质的职业教育教师智慧学习空间,能有效消解上述难题.为此,应通过打造智慧学习空间建设共同体、制定职业教育教师职业能力标准、整合各类教育平台优质学习资源、开发教师继续教育学分积累认证等措施,建设具备物理空间—虚拟空间—云端分析系统三个框架的AIGC时代的职业教育教师智慧学习空间.
Abstract
The widespread use of popular products such as ChatGPT and Wenxin Yiyuan demonstrates the powerful development potential of generative AI.How to utilize the technology of the AIGC era to empower the professional development of vocational education teachers has become a crucial question.The study has in response to the calls for high-quality development and digital transformation of vocational education.Constructing a smart learning space for vocational education teachers with features such as data intelligence,virtual-physical interaction,openness,and collaboration can effectively break through the barriers in traditional learning spaces,including the segmentation of knowledge and skills,isolation of body and mind,disconnection between experience and learning content,and constraints of time and space.The smart learning space for vocational education teachers should consist of three frameworks:physical space,virtual space,and cloud-based analytical system.In the process of framework construction,it is necessary to establish a community for smart learning space development,define the professional competency standards for vocational education teachers,integrate high-quality learning resources from various educational platforms,and develop teacher continuing education credit accumulation certification.
