职业教育"双师型"教师专业发展的伦理向度及行动策略
Ethical Dimensions and Action Strategies for the Professional Development of Double-qualified Vocational Education Teachers

摘要
在职业教育步入新时代的背景下,教育部将师德考核作为"双师型"教师职业考核的第一标准,突出了职业伦理在"双师型"教师职业标准中的首要地位.发展职业伦理是"双师型"教师专业发展的内在诉求.根据"双师型"教师专业发展要求,从教学伦理、技术伦理和学术伦理三个向度进行深刻剖析,明确"双师型"教师专业发展各伦理向度的要求和内容.通过完善伦理培训体系与评价机制,发展教学伦理;深化校企合作与产教融合,发展技术伦理;加强组织与制度建设,发展学术伦理,从而有效促进"双师型"教师职业伦理发展.
Abstract
In the context of vocational education entering a new era,the Ministry of Education has made teacher ethics assessment the primary criterion for evaluating double-qualified teachers,highlighting the paramount position of professional ethics in the professional standards of double-qualified teachers.The development of professional ethics is an inherent demand for the professional development of double-qualified teachers.Based on the requirements of professional development for double-qualified teachers,this study conducts a profound analysis from three dimensions:teaching ethics,technical ethics,and academic ethics,clarifying the requirements and content of each ethical dimension in the professional development of double-qualified teachers.First,teaching ethics can be developed by improving the ethical training system and evaluation mechanism.Second,technical ethics can be developed by deepening school-enterprise cooperation and industry-education integration.Third,academic ethics can be developed by strengthening organizational and institutional construction.These measures effectively promote the development of professional ethics among double-qualified teachers.
