人工智能时代,共时性在场按部就班的正规机构性教育,已不能满足人们对知识、技能和能力迅速提升的要求.继续教育以其非共时、非在场、非正规、非正式的灵活性,突显其在新时代的不可替代性.进入新时代,需要从三个理论维度拓展对继续教育的内涵及外延进行反思的视角:从迭代理论视角审视继续教育,显示存量缺失补遗与增值赋能递进的共存,这是对继续教育的原理性诠释;从加速理论视角审视继续教育,显现人工智能应用与时间结构契合的共鸣,这是对继续教育的社会性诠释;从平衡理论视角审视继续教育,显见职业工作发展与私人生活和谐的共情,这是对继续教育的心理性诠释.重构新时代继续教育生存与发展的三大理论视角,关涉继续教育的本质、形式和功能,昭示在职业教育、高等教育和继续教育"三教"协同的创新之林中,继续教育具有兀然自立的光明前景.
Abstract
In the era of artificial intelligence,traditional synchronous and on-site formal education in established institutions can no longer meet the demands for rapid improvement in knowledge,skills,and abilities.Continuing education,with its flexibility of being asynchronous,non-on-site,non-formal,and informal,highlights its irreplaceability in the new era.In the new era,it is necessary to reflect on the connotation and extension of continuing education from three theoretical dimensions.First,from an iterative theory perspective,reflecting on continuing education reveals the coexistence of supplementing deficiencies and empowering progression,which is a fundamental interpretation of continuing education.Second,from an acceleration theory perspective,reflecting on continuing education reveals the resonance between the application of artificial intelligence and the alignment with the time structure,which is a social interpretation of continuing education.Finally,from a balance theory perspective,reflecting on continuing education reveals the empathy between career development and harmonious personal life,which is a psychological interpretation of continuing education.By reconstructing the three theoretical perspectives of continuing education's survival and development in the new era,it relates to the essence,forms,and functions of continuing education.It indicates that in the realm of innovation in vocational education,higher education,and continuing education,continuing education has a bright independent future.
