开放大学建设成人教育学学科的可行性与实践路径

摘要
开放大学作为非传统高等教育机构,为广大成年学习者提供了灵活、多样化的学习途径和服务,成为我国推进成人教育的重要支撑力量.在社会转型和服务全民终身学习的教育体系背景下,建设开放大学成人教育学学科在理论依据、创新空间、必要张力和潜在需求等方面具备可行性.同时,也面临成人教育学学科边界清晰化、学术理念和学术决策的转型发展、协同机制和"去中心化"创新发展,以及聚焦研究重点和系统建设课程体系等挑战.为此,需要针对时代之需,通过五项措施建设开放大学成人教育学学科;聚焦国家战略需求,建立一流的学科体系;遵循成教发展属性,推进学科交叉融合;提高信息获取效率,优化学科教育环境;培育卓越的领军人才,打造优质的教师团队;建立国际话语平台,提升学术期刊品质;重构科研评估指标,优化科研创新生态等.
Abstract
As a non-traditional institution of higher education,the Open University provides flexible and diverse learning pathways and services for adult learners,becoming an important driving force for promoting adult education in our country.Against the backdrop of social transformation and the construction of a lifelong education system for all,it is feasible to establish a discipline of adult education studies at the Open University in terms of theoretical basis,innovative space,necessary tension,and potential demand.However,it also faces challenges such as defining the boundaries of the discipline,transforming academic ideas and decisions,promoting collaborative mechanisms and decentralized innovation,focusing on research priorities and systematic curriculum development.To this end,it is necessary to establish a first-class disciplinary system that focuses on the needs of the times and aligns with national strategic demands.It is important to promote interdisciplinary integration by following the development attributes of continuing education.Furthermore,information retrieval efficiency should be enhanced,and the educational environment for disciplines should be optimized.The cultivation of outstanding leading talents and the formation of high-quality teacher teams are also crucial.Additionally,an international platform for academic discourse should be established to enhance the quality of academic journals.Moreover,measures such as reconstructing research evaluation indicators and optimizing the research and innovation ecosystem are needed to construct an open university for adult education.
