摘要
"现代职业教育体系建设"是中国式现代化整体建设的战略目标之一.从对现代职业教育体系建设历程及其内在需求的认识入手,将推进现代职业教育体系建设解构为"物—人—治理"三位一体的具体目标.在社会主义市场经济格局中,新型举国体制以其理论体系的目标优势、特征优势、战略优势、实质优势为现代职业教育体系建设的实现提供新的逻辑理路.这一创新体制在现代职业教育体系建设过程中,仍存在诸多挑战,需要强化职业教育科技创新发展体系,推进"物"的现代化;需要完善职业教育师生素养结构体系,推进"人"的现代化;需要优化职业院校组织治理体系,推进职业教育"治理"现代化.
Abstract
Building a modem vocational education system is one of the strategic goals of China's overall modernization.Starting from understanding the development process and inherent needs of building a modern vocational education system,the promotion of building a modem vocational education system is deconstructed into three integrated goals:resources,individuals,and governance.In the context of a socialist market economy,the new national system provides a new logical path for the realization of building a modem vocational education system,with its advantages in theoretical goals,characteristics,strategies,and substance.However,this innovative system still faces various challenges in the process of building a modern vocational education system.It requires strengthening the development of a vocational education scientific innovation system to promote the modernization of resources.It also requires improving the structure system of vocational education teachers and students'competencies to promote the modernization of individuals.Additionally,optimizing the organizational governance system of vocational colleges is needed to promote the modernization of vocational education governance.
