职业教育赋能新质生产力:理论逻辑、实践堵点与创新路径

新质生产力以惊人的速度成长,为我国科技、教育、经济发展奠定了坚实基础.职业教育作为新质生产力发展的重要支柱,肩负着培养大国工匠的重要使命.职业教育的发展与变革是推进社会现代化的殷实基础和深刻动因.新质人才的培养,尤其是工匠精神层面的新质人才培养,构成了职业教育赋能新质生产力的核心逻辑.因此,改革职业教育,弘扬工匠精神,培育新质职教人才,成为推动职业教育赋能新质生产力的关键要素和重要变量.然而,新一轮科技革命和产业变革加速推进,职业教育赋能新质生产力亟需推动职教传统理念的革新、新质人才的培养及产业体系的升级.遵循职业教育推动中国式现代化建设的内涵要义,以及职业教育强国的历史逻辑、政策逻辑、现实逻辑,从新理念、新智能、新业态三个方面探索职业教育赋能新质生产力的创新路径:一是新理念赋能,确立教育、科技、人才协调发展的"大职教观";二是新智能赋能,产教融合认证培育新质职教人才;三是新业态赋能,职业教育助力战略性新兴产业和未来产业发展.
Vocational Education Empowers New Quality Productivity:Theoretical Logic,Practical Obstacles,and Innovative Paths
With astonishing speed,new quality productivity has grown,laying a solid foundation for China's science,education,and economic development.As an important pillar of new quality productivity development,vocational education bears the important mission of cultivating skilled workers for the country.The development and transformation of vocational education are the solid foundation and profound driving force for promoting social modernization.cultivating new quality talents,especially in terms of the spirit of craftsmanship,constitutes the core logic of vocational education,empowering new quality productivity.Therefore,reforming vocational education,promoting the spirit of craftsmanship,and cultivating new quality vocational education talents have become key elements and important variables in promoting vocational education and empowering new quality productivity.However,as the new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation accelerates,there is an urgent need to promote the innovation of traditional vocational education concepts,the cultivation of new quality talents,and the upgrading of the industrial system in order to empower new quality productivity through vocational education.Following the essence of vocational education in promoting the construction of Chinese-style modernization and the historical,policy,and practical logic of building a strong vocational education power,this paper explores innovative paths from three aspects:new concepts,new intelligence,and new business models.First,new concepts are empowered by establishing the Big Vocational Education Perspective,which promotes coordinated development of education,technology,and talent.Second,new intelligence empowers by integrating industry and education,certifying and fostering new quality vocational education talents.Third,new business models are empowered by leveraging vocational education to support the development of strategic emerging industries and future industries.
