运用组织理论,从组织目标、组织结构和组织机制三个层面探索职业本科人才培养体系.职业本科人才培养体系具有价值取向的"主动适应性"、组织结构的"匹配性"、运行机制的"自适应性"特征,依据组织目标要素构建职业本科人才培养价值体系,依据结构要素构建职业本科人才培养关系体系,依据机制要素构建职业本科人才培养运行体系,从而形成职业本科人才培养体系框架模型,为职业本科人才培养理论和实践提供参考借鉴.
Vocational Undergraduate Talent Development System:Connotation,Element Composition,and Framework Construction
This paper explores the vocational undergraduate talent development system using organizational theory from three levels:organizational goals,structure,and mechanisms.The vocational undergraduate talent development system possesses the characteristics of proactive adaptability in terms of value orientation,matching in organizational structure,and self-adaptability in operational mechanisms.Based on the elements of organizational goals,the value system for the development of vocational undergraduate talents is constructed.Based on the structural elements,the relationship system for the development of vocational undergraduate talents is established.Based on the elements of the mechanism,the operational system for the development of vocational undergraduate talents is formed.Thus,a framework model of the vocational undergraduate talent development system is created,providing reference and guidance for the theory and practice of vocational undergraduate talent development.
