The Current Status,Operational Challenges,and Promotion Strategies of the Famous Class Teacher Studios in Vocational Colleges
The construction of famous class teacher studios is an important measure to implement the action plan of comprehensive education and enhancing quality and excellence.Through questionnaire surveys and interviews,this study investigates the construction of famous class teacher studios in vocational colleges.The findings show that the number of studios is appropriate,and the age structure of members is balanced.Members expect to engage in exchanges,experience discussions,and professional training related to class teacher work.The studios operate with diverse models,and the frequency of professional activities is moderate.They have significant effects in promoting the class-teacher team,student growth,and class management.However,there are issues such as single sources of teaching staff,uneven professional titles,incomplete supporting policies and systems,inefficient operation mechanisms,and insufficient experience in studio construction.Furthermore,there is a lack of training in class teacher professional skills and a need for stronger coordination between teaching and research.The effectiveness of class management needs improvement.In response to these challenges,strategies are proposed,including optimizing the faculty structure of the studios,establishing a long-term operational system,creating a community for the professional growth of class teachers,and exploring new models of class management.These strategies aim to promote the high-quality development of famous class teacher studios in vocational colleges.
