The Challenges and Solutions for the Innovative Development of Community Education in China in the New Era
Community education is an important component of China's education system and a crucial part of community development in the new era.Since the 1980s,China has accumulated rich practical experience in the development of community education and initially formed a unique model for its development.However,due to the characteristics of universal education targets,decentralized educational resources,and flexible teaching methods,there are challenges in the innovative development of community education,including issues with management systems,weak educational capacities,overall low teaching qualifications,and inefficient allocation of educational resources.To promote the innovative development of community education under the context of advancing educational modernization and becoming an education powerhouse,it is necessary to clarify the objectives of community education,establish a sustainable development mechanism,enhance the standardized educational capacities of community education,improve the professional level of educators,optimize the allocation of educational resources.It also needs to enhance the governance system of community education,strengthen modern governance capabilities,and form a community education development model that is both in line with international standards and reflects Chinese characteristics.
